3 Ticketed For Holding Huge Underage Drinking Party In Canandaigua

It got way way way out of control. Ontario County Sheriff Phil Povero tells us deputies from his office shut down an underage drinking party at a house on 5 an 20 in Canandaigua early this morning. The crowd at times went well past 150.

Povero says deputies found all kinds of alcohol being used as well as marijuana and prescription drugs. .Officials say three men who leased the house were ticketed . . Nineteen-year-old Christopher Shea of Churchville, 19-year-old Christopher Haines of Rochester and 18-year-old Zachary Stedman of Kendall are charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and alcohol, and unlawful dealing with a child. Haines was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. All three were also charged with violation of the county's Social Host Law
