Rose Academy Hopes to Offer Special Ed

The new  Rose Academy School of Experientail Learning located at the former Border City Grade School is considering expansion into special education.

Academy Founder and Administraor Dr. Lorraine Williams tells they have paper work filed with the state.

 

The Academy is private and currently has first through 5th grades.
