Iowa Beats Minnesota

Jake Rudock had one touchdown pass and ran for another as Iowa beat Minnesota 23-7 on Saturday. Mark Weisman had 24 carries rushing for 147 yards to help the Hawkeyes win their conference opener. Mike Meyer had three field goals in the game. The Hawkeyes are now 4-1 on the season, 1-0 in the Big Ten. Meanwhile the Gophers are now 4-1 overall and 0-1 in conference play.
