An out-of-state driver was ejected when her motorhome overturned on Route 33 just west of State Route 540 Sunday morning around eight o'clock.

The Marysville Post of the State Highway Patrol reports that Nancy Hall, 73, of Hillsville, Virginia, was driving a 2005 Beaver Monterey westbound on 33 when the vehicle's right front tire blew out.

The 40-foot RV then went off the right side of the road, struck the ditch, and rolled onto the driver's side. The motorhome was pulling a minivan.

Hall, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected through the windshield.

She suffered non-incapacitating injuries, but was transported by MedFlight to Grant Medical Center in Columbus as a precaution because of previous medical conditions.

Hall’s husband, Norman Bird, 66, also of Hillsville, sustained minor injuries. He was checked at the scene by Bellefontaine Fire and EMS.

Bird was wearing his seat belt.

One lane of Route 33 westbound was closed for two hours.

The Bellefontaine Police Department assisted at the scene.

Hall was cited for no seat belt.

The motorhome suffered heavy damage.
