Health Insurance Marketplaces Open Tomorrow

More than 260-thousand Iowans can sign up for health insurance using the online marketplaces through the Affordable Care Act starting tomorrow.  While the marketplaces are set to open, delays can be expected, especially with a federal government shutdown looming.  The federal government has launched www.healthcare.gov to answer questions, and the marketplace options will be available starting Tuesday.
