Tax Breaks Pitched To Keep ADM In Illinois

Illinois lawmakers are prepared to give an incentive-laden package of tax cuts to a firm if it decides to stay put.  State officials are trying to persuade ADM to keep its headquarters in Illinois.  Friday's proposal from the Illinois House would in part give ADM a 30-year, ten-percent break on utility taxes.
