Seneca Falls Man Arrest For Growing Pot

On Wednesday September 25th,2013 at approximately 6:55 pm Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Benito V. Guzman Jr, age 35, of 16 Barker Street Seneca Falls, NY 13148.  Guzman was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful growing of cannabis and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was processed and released to appear inSeneca Falls Town Court on October 10th, 2013 at 10:00 am.
