Rochester Man Driving Without License

On September 26th, 2013 around 9:49pm on State Route 5/20, The Townof Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Peter C. Malcolm of 209 Willowbrook Road Rochester, NY for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Third Degree. The arrest stems from a traffic stop where Malcolm was issued utts for Uninspected Motor Vehicle and AUO3rd, Malcolm is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 10th, 2013 at 10:00am.
