Seneca Falls Man Arrested for Failure to Pay

On 9/25/13 at 10:45am Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Mark M. Mazzzoli of 7 1/2 Clinton Street Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Mazzoli was arrested on 3 bench warrants all for Failure to Pay Fine of the Criminal Procedure Law section 420.10. Mazzoli was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court Judge Mahoney. Mazzoli was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. To reappear on 10/23/13 @ 10am.
