Sinclairville woman accused of giving false identity

A Sinclairville woman is facing charges of false personation and aggravated unlicensed operation in the 2nd degree following a traffic stop on Route 60 in the town of Charlotte on Saturday.  Chautauqua County Sheriff's Deputies say they stopped 31-year-old Crystal Kinsey for a traffic infraction.  She allegedly gave the deputy a  name that was determined to be false.  Further investigation also determine that her license had been revoked because of a previous DWI conviction.  She'll appear in Charlotte Town Court at a later date.
