Mayville man facing harassment charge

A Mayville man is facing a harassment charge following an incident early Sunday County Sheriff's Deputies say 39-year-old Clifford Latta is accused of striking a person in the face following an argument.  Latta will appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
