Cross: Combine Treasurer, Comptroller Offices

In these lean times for Illinois Government, a number of ideas have been proposed that would save the state money. One idea that has been discussed is combing the offices of Illinois Treasurer and Comptroller. Former House Republican Leader and candidate for Treasurer Tom Cross tells Regional Radio News he thinks it’s a good idea:
