A Silver Creek woman is facing a felony DWI charge under Leandra's law following a traffic stop on Routes 5 and 20 in the town of Hanover early Sunday.  Chautauqua County Sheriff's Deputies say they observed a vehicle driven by 33-year-old Tanya Lack fail to stop at a stop sign on Iola Drive in Sunset Bay.  She was allegedly found to be intoxicated and a passenger in the vehicle was under the age of 15, making it a felony offense.
