Clifton Springs Man Charged with DWI After Crashing Car in Front Yard

On September 30^th 2013 at about 9:00pm Ontario County Deputies arrested 28 year old Stephen L. Lebrecht Jr. of Clifton Springs for driving while intoxicated after he failed to negotiate a curve on Field St. and crashed his car into the front yard of 94 Field St. Stephen was taken to the Ontario County Jail where he submitted to a breath test. He was charged with Felony DWI and aggravated DWI, as well as several other related vehicle and traffic charges. The DWI charge is a felony due to two prevous DWI convictions within the last ten years. He was held at the Ontario Count Jail on pre-arraignment detention awaiting arraignment.
