Area soccer teams hit the field Tuesday.

The Calvary Christian varsity blanked Emmanuel Christian Academy 7-0.

Alex McGillis had a hat trick.

Josh Wilt, Peter Printz, Dan Salmonowicz, and Kyler Klingler each scored a goal.

Ian McGillis, Josh Wilt, and Steve Smithers recorded assists.

The Spartans are 10-0-1.

The West Liberty-Salem varsity boys ran past host Northeastern 5-0.

Byler Williamson led the attack with 2 goals.

Rickey Lowe recorded 1 goal and 2 assists.

Eli Woodruff and Christian Parker each added a goal.

Ryan Conley delivered an assist.

Sam Warye made 4 saves in goal to earn the shutout.

The Tigers (6-5-1) will host Triad Thursday at 7:30.

The West Liberty-Salem varsity girls lost at Northeastern 1-0.

April Kelley made 7 saves in goal.

The Lady Tigers are 8-3 overall and 6-2 in the OHC. They will host rival Triad Thursday at 5:30.

Jr. High finals:

Calvary Christian handled West Liberty 2 7-0.

Tyler Reinhard led the way with 4 goals.

Josh Kilgore, Pete Kratz, and Lauren Barthauer each added a goal.

Jon Salmonowicz and Rylan Studebaker each recorded an assist.

Garrett Criner had 5 saves to record the shutout.

The Spartans will host Benjamin Logan Black Saturday at 1:00.

Bellefontaine shut out Indian Lake 2 4-0.

Aubrey Stolly, EJ Edu, Robby Weikart, and Lilli LeVan each scored a goal.

Ben Brunswick, Tevin Burris, and Daniel Weikart each played great defense.

Landon Earick, Drew Jackson, and Lilli LeVan each played goalie to record the shutout.

U10 Soccer:

The High Point Stars blanked FC Elite Gray 4-0.

Caleb Epp, Beau Salyer, Dakota Shell, and Connor Defibaugh each scored for the Stars.

CJ Wilson played an outstanding game.

The Stars improve to 6-0-1 on the season.
