Governor Branstad is growing tired of the controversy surrounding his speeding SUV. At his weekly press conference, the governor told reporters the state police troopers who driver him around the state will start going the speed limit quote, "if they value their jobs." The comments come after a report that the license plates of his SUV have been run for speeding over 20 times since he took office, including a highly-publicized incident earlier this year where the vehicle was going 84 in a 65-mile-per-hour zone. Branstad's vehicle was pulled over on August 27, with the trooper at the wheel given a written warning to slow down.
