Six local residents sentenced to prison

Thomas Risner Nine defendants were sentenced and two pleaded guilty before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark O’Connor recently.

Thomas Risner, 24, of Kenton, was sentenced to 32 months in prison for theft and complicity to burglary.

Dustin Harber, 29, of Kenton, was sentenced to two years in prison and ordered to pay restitution for burglary.

Stormi Kiser, 28, of Bellefontaine, was sentenced to two years in the Ohio Reformatory for Women for violating her community control. Her original charges were theft and obstructing justice.

Dustin Krouse, 28, of Bellefontaine, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for burglary.

Trenton Mathews, 33, of Bellefontaine, was sentenced to 16 months in prison and ordered to pay restitution and court costs for theft of a motor vehicle.

John Dunn III, 51, of Bellefontaine, was sentenced to one year in prison for failure to provide notice of residence change as a sex offender.

Kyle Jacks, 23, of Bellefontaine, was sentenced to 30 days in the Logan County Jail, two years community control, and ordered to pay court costs and attorney fees for obstructing justice.

Jeffrey Clark, 51, of Bellefontaine, was sentenced to 60 days in the Logan County Jail, five years community control, and ordered to pay a $500 fine, court costs, and attorney fees for two counts of trafficking in drugs.

Asia Hoffman, 25, of Lakeview, was granted intervention in lieu of conviction for possession of drugs. She must undergo drug counseling and three years supervision.

Daniel Dearwester, 27, of Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to complicity to grand theft and theft.

Dana Biggers, 32, of Kenton, pleaded guilty to forgery.

Presentence investigations were ordered and sentencings are scheduled for November 4th.
