Fredonia trustee to appear in Stockton Court

The town of Stockton Court will be handling a case involving a Fredonia Village Trustee.  Trustee Joseph Cerrie is facing a charge of forcible touching stemming from an incident involving a 28-year-old woman in July.  Fredonia Village Judge David Prince had recused himself and the rest of the court from hearing the case.  According to the Observer, County Judge John Ward handed the case to Stockton Town Court.
