Stockton man facing felony DWI

A 42-year-old Stockton man is facing felony DWI following a traffic stop on Putnam Road in the village of Cassadaga on Sunday night.  State Police in Fredonia say they pulled over Michael Brown after he was seen operating a vehicle with unlit license plate lamps.  Further investigated revealed that Brown's license was expired and revoked and his vehicle was not equipped with an ignition interlock deice that was required. After failing field sobriety tests at the scene, Brown was found to have a blood alcohol content of .12 percent.
