Rough Start For Health Care Act

The Affordable Care Act is undergoing a rough start in Illinois.  The "Tribune" says customers have had difficulty logging onto the federal Internet website to register and buy a health plan.  The government's healthcare-dot-gov website delayed customers yesterday with a rash of technical snafus.  Officials said the site had nearly three-million visits during a 16-hour window.
