It's your chance to talk. The Geneva City Council holds a public hearing tonight on the 2014 City Budget proposal. The blueprint currently calls for 16.3 million in general fund spending and another nearly 8 million for sewer and water budgets.  City Manager Matt Horn says for yet another year no proposed property tax increase.

There's also no need for sewer or water rate increases.   The Council meeting starts at 7 tonight at  the Public Safety Building on Exchange
