"A-Rod" Denying Duped Report

Alex Rodriguez is refuting a report that his Biogenesis defense is based on the idea that he was duped by clinic founder Tony Bosch into taking performance-enhancing drugs.  The Yankees third baseman issued a statement through his publicist saying all parties are prohibited from commenting publicly on the details of the confidential appeal hearing, but what is being reported is not true.  The "New York Daily News" reported that "A-Rod's" defense is based partly on the idea that he didn't know the substances he got from Bosch were performance-enhancing and that he thought they were innocent legal supplements.
