Bath Teen Charged With Sexual Misconduct

An investigation by the Steuben County Sheriff's Office has resulted in the arrest of a 19 year old Bath resident on two counts of sexual misconduct charges. 

Devin Klapp also faces two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.  Klapp is accused of having sex twice with a 16 year old girl at a Bath residence and at the Hickory Hill Camping Resort in the town of Bath. 

Investigators say both alleged incidents occurred in late August.  Klapp was issued appearance tickets for village court.
