Congressman Kinzinger Weighs In On ACA Fight

Democrats and Republicans are going to have to find a compromise in order to get past the government shutdown.  That’s according to Congressman Adam Kinzinger, who says everyone needs to put games aside and come to the table to negotiate.  Congress hit a stalemate on passing a budget when the House and Senate failed to agree on a plan to delay the Affordable Care Act.  The law went into effect this week but Kinzinger says he thinks it’ll fall flat on its face and give Republicans an edge in the next election.
