Door County Scholarship Network Looking For Scholarship Providers

Students looking for scholarships in Door County will have an easier time connecting with donors in the Door County Scholarship Network which should launch sometime next year.

Bret Bicoy of the Door County Community Foundation says they are working to get charities, service clubs, businesses and anyone else who provides scholarships to Door County students together at a series of workshops this fall. Then they will develop a website and single application form.

Bicoy says they are aware of between 50 and 60 Door County scholarships right now.

The first meeting for scholarship providers is scheduled for later this month at Sevastopol High School.
