Two-vehicle accident in Huntsville

A female driver was cited following a two-vehicle crash in Huntsville Wednesday afternoon around 12:40.

The Logan County Sheriff's Office reports that Deena Good, 28, of Ft. Jennings, was driving a 2006 Chevy Cobalt southbound on State Route 117 when she rear-ended a 2006 Mercedes truck operated by Michael Moran, 22, of Delaware.

Moran was stopped for a red light at the intersection of 117 and Napoleon Street (near the Town Trolley).

A five-year-old was riding in Good's vehicle.

No one was injured, but Good was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance.

The car suffered moderate damage. The truck had minor damage.

Both drivers were wearing their seat belts and the child was properly restrained.
