County OFA to hold forums on the State's new health care exchange

New York's new Health Care Exchange is triggering a lot of public interest including many seniors in Chautauqua County. The County's Office for the Aging will be hosting three public forums next week. OFA Director Dr. Mary Ann Spanos says if you are now on Medicare, there are basically no changes. But, there may be other circumstances.

Spanos says COI is involved because they are the county's "exchange navigator." The first forum will be held Monday at the Findley Lake Community Center from 1 until 3pm. Two other forums will be held next Wednesday, from 10:30 until Noon at the Mason's Lodge in Fredonia and from 1 until 3pm at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Jamestown.
