College Football Saturday Preview

Saturday's   college  football  slate  features  three  games  between  ranked 
opponents.  No.  8 Florida State  and 25th-ranked  Maryland kick things off at 
noon  and fourth-ranked Ohio  State will look to stay perfect as it visits No. 
16  Northwestern in a Big Ten battle at 8:00 pm (et). No. 5 Stanford will host 
15th-ranked  Washington  in a Pac-12  showdown in  the nightcap. No. 1 Alabama 
will  play host  to FBS  doormat Georgia  State and  No. 2  Oregon will  visit 
Colorado.  Third-ranked Clemson  will also  face a  road test  Saturday as  it 
visits Syracuse.
