Motorists Watching Out for Deer

At least four people have been hurt in car-deer crashes in Ontario County in the last month. Sheriff Phil Povero says sometimes there is little you can do but brace for impact, and be sure that you're wearing a seat belt.

Keep in mind if you see one deer crossing the road, there is likely to be a second one following nearby. It's also recommended to drive slowly.
