County Road 5 closing for six weeks - road work schedule

Crews from the Logan County Highway Department will begin a pair of projects early this coming week.

The bridge along County Road 5 between TR 51 and SR 273 over the South Fork of the Miami River within Rushcreek Township is schedule for replacement beginning on Monday.

The work is scheduled to continue through Friday, Novemeber 22. The roadway will be closed to all traffic during this time. Please plan alternate routing.

Culvert replacement is also on the schedule beginning Monday, with closures occurring between the hours of 7:30am-3:30pm.

Locations are as follows:

County Road 26 between CR 5 and CR 12 beginning Monday and lasting through Friday

County Road 26 between CR 12 and SR 292 from Tuesday through Thursday

County Road 25 between CR 5 and SR 540 on Friday

All roadwork schedules are subject to weather conditions.
