6th Annual Fill the Bus Campaign a Success

The Food Bank of the Southern Tier's 6th annual Fill the Bus campaign has come to a conclusion and the results are in. Here's the Food Bank's Missy Goetschius to tell us more.
That's almost more than 10-THOUSAND pounds of food collected from the 2012 campaign. Goetschius tells us more about their "Backpack" program.
Locally, the Corning Wegmans store collected nearly 13-THOUSAND pounds of food and the Ithaca store brought in more than 14-THOUSAND pounds in food donations. The Food Bank serves a half-dozen counties in the Southern Tier, including Schuyler, Steuben, Chemung and Tompkins.
