(Green Bay, WI) -- Aaron Rodgers threw for 274 yards and a touchdown as the Packers cruised to a 22-9 win over the Lions at Lambeau Field. Eddie Lacy had 23 carries for 99 yards in his return from a concussion for the 2-and-2 Packers, who have won 23 straight over the Lions at home. James Jones had four catches for 127 yards including an 83-yard TD, while Mason Crosby nailed five field goals in the victory. Matthew Stafford finished 25-of-40 for 262 yards and a score for the Lions, who fell to 3-and-2. Calvin Johnson missed the game with a knee injury. Kris Durham had the lone TD for Detroit with just over two minutes to go.

(Indianapolis, IN) -- The Colts scored the only 11 points of the fourth quarter on their way to a 34-28 win over the Seahawks at Lucas Oil Stadium. T.Y. Hilton caught five passes for 140 yards and two scores as the Colts exposed one of the NFL's top defenses. Indianapolis knocked Seattle from the ranks of the NFL's undefeated. Both teams are now 4-and-1. Andrew Luck completed 16 of 29 passes for 229 yards and two TDs. Steven Hauschka kicked four field goals and the Seahawks got a safety in the loss. Both Marshawn Lynch and quarterback Russell Wilson rushed for 102 yards for Seattle.

Drew Brees threw two touchdown passes to Pierre Thomas, Jimmy Graham tied an NFL record with another 100-yard game and the New Orleans Saints beat the Chicago Bears 26-18 on Sunday to remain unbeaten.

Brees was 29 of 35 for 288 yards in his first victory in four career games at Soldier Field. Garrett Hartley matched a career high with four field goals as New Orleans (5-0) picked up its first win in Chicago since a 31-10 victory on Oct. 8, 2000.

Graham continued his torrid start for the Saints (5-0), catching 10 balls for 135 yards in his fourth consecutive 100-yard game - matching an NFL record for a tight end. Tony Gonzalez was the first to accomplish the streak in 2000, and Graham matched it in 2011.

Jay Cutler threw for 358 yards and two touchdowns for Chicago (3-2), which has lost two in a row.

(St. Louis, MO) -- Sam Bradford threw three touchdown passes to lead the Rams to a 34-20 win over the Jaguars at the Edward Jones Dome. Bradford was 19-for-34 for 222 yards for the Rams, who snapped a three-game losing streak. Matt Giordano returned an interception 82-yards for a touchdown and Austin Pettis had four catches for 49 yards and two TD's for St. Louis. Blaine Gabbert threw for 181 yards and a touchdown, but left in the third quarter with a left hamstring injury. Chad Henne threw for 89 yards and a score. Cecil Shorts and Justin Blackmon each caught touchdown passes for the Jaguars, who are winless in five games this season. It was Blackmon's first game back from suspension.

(Green Bay, WI) -- The Green Bay Packers could be without linebacker Clay Matthews for some time. Multiple outlets are reporting that Matthews broke his thumb in Sunday's win over the Lions. He left the contest in the fourth quarter after making a tackle. The Packers travel to Baltimore next weekend to face the Ravens before hosting the Cleveland Browns.
