The Seneca County Sheriff's Office reports that on October 6th at 3:50pm, Sheriff's Deputies were sent to the area of 395 Waterloo Geneva Road in the Town of Waterloo for a 2 car pi-mva. It is reported that a 2005 Chrysler mini van driven by 49 year old Deborah A. Haynes of 25 peterman rd Apt #E6 in Seneca Falls rear ended a 2012 Jeep being operated by 64 year old Linda L. Mitchell of 1196 Cr 28 in Phelps. Mitchell was stopped in the eastbound lane awaiting traffic so she could pull into the Kwik fill gas station at 395 Waterloo Geneva rd when she was rearended. Both vehicles sustained heavy damage and were towed from the scene. The passengers in Mitchell's vehicle, 13 year old Thomas J. Reardon, 15 yearold Dexter D. Eaves and 6 year old Searah Reardon all of 1196 Cr 23 in Phelps were uninjured during the collision. Mitchell was transported to Geneva General Hospital for Chest pain.
