Phelps Man Arrested for DWI

The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on October 4th 2013 at 11:37 PM, Seneca County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Matthew J Walters, 34,
of 1012 Route 88 in the Town of Phelps. He was charged with
Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with .08% of 1% or more, Failure to Keep
Right and Crossing Hazardous Markings. Walters was released on appearance
tickets and is to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on November
7th 2013 to answer the charges.
