Man Allegedly Elbows Woman in Car

23 year old Charles Sheets of Bloomfield was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 1st (felony) after he allegedly grabbed and elbowed the mother of his child as they were in a vehicle on Rte 5&20 in the Town of East Bioomfieid. The victim was protected by an order of protection issued out of the Richmond Town Court, which lends itself to the comtempt charge. Sheets was arraigned in Bristol Town Court and committed to jail on $2500.00 cash bail.
