Tony Baker, 37, Clinton was issued a citation for Speeding 76 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Baker posted his IL Driver’s License as bond and was released.

 

Matthew Scharffer, 30, Clinton was issued a Citation for Speeding 70 MPH in a 55 MPH Zone. Schaeffer posted his IL Driver’s License as bond and was released.

 

Troy Rich, 44, Wapella was issued a Citation for Operating uninsured vehicle. Rich was issued a notice to appear and was released.
