Auroa, Ohio man charged with DWI

A man from Aurora, Ohio was pulled over by Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies in the Village of Brocton on October 5th around 10pm for failing to signal when turning from Main Street onto Old Mill Road. An investigation by deputies revealed that Jeffrey Hinderschied, 31, was intoxicated and was charged with DWI and failing to signal a turn. He will appear before the Village of Brocton court to address the charges at a later date.
