Wisconsin utility companies can not cut off your heat between November 1st and April 15th. But if you are already behind on your bill, Kerry Spees of Wisconsin Public Service, says you’ll be worse off if you just let it ride.
Spees says Wisconsin Public Service and other providers are much more willing to work with you now than if they don’t hear from you all winter and you want a break in April.
