Mattoon Man Arrested on Multiple Charges

Mattoon Police arrested 25-year-old Mika J. Charboneau, of Mattoon, Friday Morning at 10:38 am. She was charged with Domestic Battery and Possession of a Controlled Substance. The charges allege that she struck a family member and was in possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. Charboneau was taken to the Coles County jail pending filing of formal charges by the Coles County State's Attorney's Office.
