Charleston Police Respond to Two Vehicle Collision

Charleston Police responded to a two vehicle collision on September 23rd. 17-year-old Katherine R. Stine, of Mattoon, was traveling westbound on Lincoln Avenue at the intersection with 6th Street when a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Shelby M.S. Pearcy, of Charleston, stopped for traffic in front of Stine's vehicle. As a result, Stine was unable to stop her vehicle in time before striking the back of Pearcy's vehicle.
