Denmark Woman Dies In Luxemburg Crash

A 44-year-old Denmark woman died when she apparently failed to stop at a stop sign and was hit by another vehicle yesterday (Monday) afternoon near Luxemburg.
Kewaunee County authorities say the woman was travelling south on County H at about 12:15 when she failed to stop at the County K intersection and her vehicle was struck by an eastbound vehicle on K driven by a 47-year-old Wausau man.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not yet been released.
The driver and a passenger of the second vehicle suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to a Green Bay hospital.
