Three More Bowl Games Being Added Next Year

Three more bowl games are coming to college football. ESPN reports five smaller FBS conferences are starting new games in the Bahamas, Boca Raton, Florida and Miami in 2014. The teams will come from Conference USA, the Mountain West, Sun Belt, Mid-American and American Athletic Conferences. The MAC and Sun Belt previously announced in August the new Camellia Bowl in Montgomery, Alabama in 2014 that will bring the total number of bowl games to 39, including the championship game of the new College Football Playoff.
