If somebody calls you offering to get you an Obama Care Card , hang up !!!! Western New York Better Business Bureau Spokesperson Peggy Penders says there are scams piggy backing on public confusion surrounding the Affordable Care Act.

Take note that the Feds are not issuing Obama Care Cards.
