Bettendorf Among Cities Taking Part in Healthiest State Walk Today

It's Healthiest State Walk Day in Iowa. Thousands of people are expected to take part in statewide walks at schools, government agencies and businesses, starting today at noon. This is the third year the walk has been held. The goal is to make Iowa the healthiest state in America by 2016. Bettendorf is among the cities across the state taking part in the Healthiest State walk and those wishing to join in can contact the Bettendorf Life Fitness Center this morning for details.
