A 34-year-old Jamestown man is facing several charges after the armed robbery of a Kwik Fill Station on Route 60 in the town of Kiantone overnight. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say David Zembardo of Jamestown allegedly confronted the clerk of the store in the parking lot after she had closed for the night. He allegedly pulled a knife on the clerk, forcing her back inside the store where he stole cash. The Sheriff's K9 Drago was brought to the scene and was able to track down the suspect behind some businesses along Foote Avenue in Jamestown. Zembardo has been charged with first degree robbery, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, menacing and petit larceny.
