Dunkirk man charged with burglary and criminal mischief

A Dunkirk man is facing burglary and criminal mischief charges after an investigation by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department. 21-year-old Dylan Gibbs was wanted on an arrest warrant that was issued from the Town of Gerry. He is accused of entering a residence and damaging property. Gibbs was arraigned in the Town of Charlotte Court and placed in Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.
