Man Seeking 13 Women to Marry Sought by Police

A man in Tompkins County is suspected of handing out fliers in an attempt to meet 13 Caucasian women that he would marry.
The Tompkins County Sheriff's Office and Ithaca City Police Department have received complaints about the man, whose described as being white, 6 foot tall, with short brown hair. He's been seen driving a late 1990's model green Chevy Lumina or Monte Carlo. The fliers state the man is an atheist, Nazi sympathizer that's looking to move to Europe, or more specifically Russia.
