Cellular One Schedules Free Public Smartphone Classes in October

Free smartphone classes have been scheduled throughout East Central Illinois at local Cellular One stores throughout the month of October. According to Assistant General Manager and Marketing Manager at Cellular One Colleen Wright, the classes are open to the public and cover basic to advanced capabilities of both Android and Apple smartphones.
Their October schedule is:
- Thursday, October 10th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm in Olney. The store is located at 1003 North West Street. Phone Number is 618-395-1040.
- Saturday, October 12th from 12:30 to 2:30pm in Flora. The store is located at 921 East North Avenue. Phone Number is 618-662-2960.
- Wednesday, October 16 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in Mattoon and co-sponsored by the Charleston store. In Mattoon, visit 1005 Charleston Avenue East and phone 217-234-2356. In Charleston, visit 433 West Lincoln Avenue and phone 217-345-2351.
- Sunday, October 20 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm in Danville. Their new location is in front of Kohl's at 3679 North Vermilion Street. Phone Number is 217-431-2980. This meeting is also co-sponsored by their Towne Centre Location, located at 28 Towne Center. Phone Number is 217-442-2355.
- Wednesday, October 23 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in Casey. The store is located at 107B West Main Street. Phone Number is 217-932-2227.

Attendees receive a class training guide to take with them for future reference. Refreshments are served and attendees are entered into door prize drawings.
