A 36-year-old Dunkirk man has been charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the third degree, a felony, after being stopped at a road check on Route 394 in Stow on Wednesday.  State Police in Jamestown say that Brian Waller was pulled out of traffic when troopers smelled marijuana in the vehicle.  A search of the vehicle turned up an open can of beer and over 14 ounces of marijuana.  Waller was arraigned in North Harmony Court before being sent to the County Jail on $3,000 cash bail.
