Savona Man Accused of Forcibly Touching Teen

A 56 year old Savona man has been arrested for allegedly forcibly touching a 14 year old teen. 

A joint investigation  by State Police and Steuben County's Child Protective Services resulted in Gary Murray being charged with two counts each of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.  He's accused of forcibly touching the intimate areas of a 14 year old took place between February and September at Murray's Round Lake Road home.

                                                                 

An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
